Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in your dashboard.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Effect of Termination
- Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
- We may delete your account and all associated data
- You will remain liable for any outstanding fees
- Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim against Jobshine, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@jobshine.com. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you.
Binding Arbitration
If we can't resolve a dispute informally, you and Jobshine agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms or the Service through final and binding arbitration, except as set forth below.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
